How do I create an account?

Download The Continuum app from the App Store, tap "Sign Up," and enter your name, email, and phone number. Your account will be reviewed and activated by staff.

How do I sign up for a class?

Go to the Classes section from the home screen, browse available sessions by day or week, and tap "Sign Up" on the class you'd like to attend. For paid classes, you'll be prompted to complete payment at checkout.

Can I cancel a class enrollment?

Yes. Go to "My Classes" from the Classes screen and tap "Cancel" on the enrollment you'd like to remove. If you paid for the class, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

What if a class is full?

You can join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you'll be notified and can complete your enrollment.

How do I use NFC tags on equipment?

Hold your phone near the NFC tag on any piece of equipment. The app will open the equipment details page, where you can view setup instructions and video demonstrations for each movement.

How do I make a purchase?

Go to the Fuel section from the home screen, browse available products, and add items to your cart. Proceed to checkout and pay with a credit card or Apple Pay.

How do I manage my saved payment methods?

During checkout, you can add a new card or select a previously saved card. Card information is securely stored by Stripe and is never saved on your device.

I'm not receiving push notifications.

Make sure notifications are enabled for The Continuum in your device settings: Settings > Notifications > The Continuum > Allow Notifications.

How do I delete my account?

To request account deletion, email us at support@thecontinuumlife.com. We will remove your personal data within 30 days.

The app is crashing or not loading.

Try the following steps:

  • Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed
  • Close and reopen the app
  • Restart your device
  • If the issue persists, email us with your device model and a description of the problem
